All cnc machines sold by JeesunCNC are covered by our warranty terms since date of departure. During the warranty period, all products enjoy our return policy.
Only new products sold to the original owners are covered by the return policy here.
1. Free Return & Exchange Term
Serious quality problems caused by design or production defects, if other solution proposal cannot change the status too, after negotiation between the buyer and us, the buyer can return the problem product to JeesunCNC. We will exchange new qualified items with the same specifications for the buyer. All the cost is responsible by us.
The serious quality problem here refers to the problem that the performance index of the machine is seriously beyond the reasonable standard, the production cannot be performed or the reasonable and normal production demand cannot be met, and it can’t be solved via the repair and replacement of the components.
General quality problems caused by design or production defects, our company will repair or replace the parts for the buyer without any charge until the problem is solved.
General quality issues are those that can be solved by diagnosing, repairing, or replacing related parts.
The machine has no design and manufacturing defects, and the quality problems caused by the normal use of the buyer. If the relevant parts need to be replaced, our company will replace the new parts for the buyer free of charge and mail it to the customer by express delivery. The courier fee sent by us is also our responsibility. As for whether the buyer needs to return the broken parts, decide on case-by-case basis by JeesunCNC; if it needs to be sent back, the buyer only needs to bear the shipping cost of the return.
Free return procedure:
Under warranty, the buyer should send their complaint to JeesunCNC. Our technical department will judge the product problem and if it meets the above free return conditions. JeesunCNC technical department will issue a free return notice to the customer. After the buyer receives the return notice, the buyer can perform the return operation.
2. Return and Refund
Serious quality problem caused by design or manufacturing defects, and the other solution cannot figure it out also, if the buyer refuses to make return and the exchange, buyer can return the product to JeesunCNC and we refund the payment to buyer. The serious quality problem here refers to the problem that the performance index of the machine is seriously beyond the reasonable standard, the production cannot be performed or the reasonable and normal production demand cannot be met, and it can’t be solved via the repair and replacement of the components.
We promise that all the components used in the manufacture of the cnc equipment are 100% original, never use copy things and never cut corners. If any cheat, customer can return the goods to us and meantime we refund the payment to customer.
The buyer should describe the product problem and submit a refund request to JeesunCNC. Our technical department will judge the problem and if meet the above refund conditions. We will issue a refund paper to the buyer. After the buyer receives the paper, the goods can be returned, and then JeesunCNC refund to the buyer.
Note: Buyers should return all materials in the product packaging to us, including product accessories, tools, spare and free items. For goods that are not returned in accordance with this regulation, JeesunCNC have the right to deduct the relevant fees and refund the remaining amount to the buyer.
3. Paid Return & Exchange
JeesunCNC is not responsible for problems caused by improper maintenance, abuse, neglect etc. In this case, we provide a paid return service to the buyer, and the buyer should bear all relevant expenses.
4. Limit Terms
JeesunCNC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by shipping company and other factors not under our control. If the problem is in the part of our transportation arrangement, we will assist the buyer in pursuing the right to the carrier.
