Generally, the machine will be packaged as complete set and sent out in a plug-and-play mode. 00000In circumstance when machine size exceeds the width of the container and cannot be loaded, machine will be shipped in SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) manner. In this case, installation guide of English version will be sent, which will instruct how to assemble the machine step-by-step. Of course, online guidance will be available via video calling, if customer has problem in-reassembling.
Our engineers can be sent to customers site to carry out installation & training, if required; all cost should be afforded by customer(include air tickets, visa, room and food during stay in customers country). And USD200/DAY as allowance for engineer.
Also, the customer can send their engineer/worker here to our factory for the training on operation & installation, which will take about 3-7 days.
User Tutorials & Guide
Full set tutorials of the machine from hardware to software are provided in English language.
The tutorials are a specific guide, step by step for your exact machine model, not a general one for many models.The instructions are usually PDF documents with pictures and texts, or videos with English notes.
Technical Support Within Warranty Period
The damaged parts within warranty enjoy the free replace service if the users can send back the damage ones (in some cases, no need send back damaged one).
We offer new part for free and ship it to the customer’s address via courier; we will bear the mailing fee also. If the broken accessories need to be mailed back, the customer will bear the cost of the return.
Technical Support After Warranty Expires
After warranty expire, replacing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.
For our machines, we provide in-house technical support throughout our lives. You can contact us whenever you need us. Technical support can be achieved by telephone, video call, online communication, remote desktop assistance, etc.
